The Real Problem
A downloadable game for Windows
The Real Problem
To explore the remnants of a lost civilisation, you must combine different worldviews by embodying local creatures. There is no single correct point of view.
The Real Problem concerns itself with the phenomenon of conscious perception, which is unique to each creature. The main mechanic of the game consists of embodying different creatures and seeing the world through their consciousness, which results in a change in the perception of the environment. In order to solve puzzles and explore the foreign planet, the player must combine these different perspectives, since there is no "correct" way of seeing things.
This game is currently in development and exhbited at DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, Prague. The concept and the first prototype (exhibition demo) were created as a master's project at Visual Design, FUD UJEP.
